stupid IMS question

As a guy who doesn't do much wrenching of my car but one who can detail with the best of you I pose a stupid question....can a single row IMS bearing be replaced with a dual row bearing? try to keep the laughing down

Spinnaker provide a link to a 'dual' row bearing option that one can install in single row bearing cars. Other than that one option, you cannot fit OEM or similar dual row bearings into single row cars.
