Yeah, that part would $69.99 at Prestige! Also, you'll find that you need a dictionary to look up Randall's technical terms. He's very special....

"Yeah, that part would $69.99 at Prestige ..."

Let's not exaggerate, Pete.
I bought a flappy thingie from Prestige a couple of years ago an it was "only" $20.
Pt. no. 996-504-503-00 for my '99. At least that's what the invoice says.
Seven bucks is really cheap.

This is so cool. I have now coined a new phrase being used on the internet. I'm gonna be famous.

I must say though, that "flappy thingie" is nowhere near as good a new word as "fugly." I bow to whomever coined that one.

Okay. What's really going to drive me nuts from here on out is that if anyone actually says "flappy thingie" I'm going to KNOW WHAT IT MEANS!

You kill me Randall. Seriously.

So, one more question...does the latch close on it's own then does do it just stay open If I don't do it myself? Im guessing it does.

My experience with flappy thingies is that you usually have to close them yourself.
As a matter of fact it is best to keep a sharp eye on your flappy thingie at all times.
Are we talking about the same thing???

$7.00 is REALLY cheap. A markup of 300% isn't so cool though....
