I don't know what you have done.

I just changed the oil on my 2002 S 6-speed 4 hours ago.

The drain plug is on the bottom of the transaxle, a 10mm hex socket. You need to remove the aluminum plate to get at it. (When I did my IMS 2 months ago, I used a hole saw to cut drill a 1.50" dia hole thru my so I can remove the plug and drain with the cover in place)

The fill plug is another 10mm hex socket plug located on the driver's side of the transaxle, back towards the muffler.

Mine took a little less than 3 quarts.

If whatever was attached to that M8 bolt fell into the transaxle, I'd have to say you're in trouble.
