Amber Alert!

Noticed some condensation on the inside of my drivers side amber turn signal. Actually it's not the turn signal but that dummy piece beside it. So there's no actual bulb in that piece but the bottom part is filled with water. Any suggestions on how to drain it out?

Just sitting in the sun should do it. If not, put it in a bowl of rice.
Once dry, apply a heavy duty silicone to the seam between the 2 halves to keep water out
