Thoughts on a 2009 Boxster w/ 9500 miles

I think I have found "the one". A 2009 Boxster with 9500 miles in great condition. Since I am new to owning a Porsche I thought I'd ask if I am missing something. Anyone have any thoughts, opinions on the '09 6 Spd model.

Thanks

Garage
Get a PPI (it should come back perfect), then go for it.

Are the 2009's the first year without an intermediate main shaft (IMS) bearing? If that is the case, it has one less possible mode for a catastrophic engine failure. That would make it a good choice to me.

Yes, that was one of my considerations. I had looked at a beautiful 2008 S. But decided I would opt for an 09 because of the IMS issue.

I see you have the rear speakers. Would you recommend them?

Tremendous that you are considering a 2009.Not only are you free of the dreaded IMS but the horsepower gets serious in 2009.You are getting a quick car!

Yes. It was the first modification that I made to the car and I found that it made a noticeable improvement in the sound quality.
