demick Registered User Join Date: Jan 2009 Location: Pleasanton, CA Posts: 114	That kit looks like it helps retain the cable end at the ball studs. Not the cable retainer that you had a problem with. There is a clip at the cable retainer that holds the cable in place - not just friction. If the clip is engaged, you should not have a problem. But a zip tie would probably provide additional security and/or peace of mind. __________________ Demick '04 Boxster S
