Condensation on inside of the windows

This spring I've noticed when it rains for a while, I end up having condesation build up on the inside of the windows. When I start the car and turn the a/c on the condensation goes away after a short time. I'm also having a musty smell until the condensation goes away.

This is the first year that this has been an issue. Are there drains somewhere to check to see if they're blocked? I'm also going to treat the top to repel water.

This doesn't happen while washing the car. It seems that the top has to be wet for a while. I've also done a search and not found that there are too many problems with this.

Any other ideas?
