I would wait on the backs until the new pads come in, just to take no chances. You are doing this because of noise right? And why do the backs twice

Because of 11 day wait on rear ceramics and prime top down weather.

The Textar pads are 3 weeks old, maybe a tank of gas.

Don't mind taking the rears back off at all. Yes. Those rotors have squealed since I bought them. Nothing could stop it.
