Well I was driving to the car parts store and some guys looking at the car and yells out PRI&K!!!
I am assuming me with the hair slick back sharply dressed in the boxster is upsetting to some hill billy pickup truck driving North Dakotan's. :dance:

I once had some guy drive past me (as I went into a turn lane) and call me a dumbass.

Not sure what brought that on, but okay Mr. Beanpole in a Beat-up Expedition.

Get more compliments then insults. Comes with the territory. Generally the insults comes from those driving beaters.

There are a lot of haters in the world today - and not just about what car you might be driving. My take is that its either jealousy or ignorance. Its alwasy nice to hit the gas and leave them (and their bad attitude) in the dust.

I haven't had anyone yell anything negative yet. Mine usually draws a couple of looks a day. Occasionally, kids will yell stuff like cool car. At least once every couple of weeks I see someone just in slack jawed awe of it. Not bad for a 12 year old car

I had two teens getting into their car at mall parking lot yell out "buy a real Porsche!"
Part of me was impressed that a couple mountain dew sippers taking a break from Halo (they had Beiber bowl cuts) even knew to say something like that. Probably just parroting what they heard elsewhere.
Another time I had a cop look at my RA-1s during a check point and make a comment like "well guy if you can afford a Porsche can't you afford some new tires with tread on yhem?" I didn't say a word, I just looked at him blankly.

I have never had any comments against the car ... maybe its from living in Canada?
I have seen a few people laugh when I pull up with the top down when its only 10 degree's Celsius out. I also get a lot of people who rev up right beside me and try race me. Its fun to burst their bubble and slowly pull away or even better yet when they stall. Have had a few pretty good laughs

I had a huge laugh with a guy once in a parking lot. I pull up, park the car, ghl exhaust gives to a nice rev/roar...this guy in his big truck gets out, stares at the car with a look of damn that car made that noise...he was impressed. N then as he looked at me, I hit the lock button twice and this little tiny beep goes off to set the alarm and he looks at me and says...wow, that all you get? We cracked up. Damn horn.

I never got anything from anyone other than that...two 986, both with throaty exhausts, etc...never got a look or anything. But I do live n Florida where just about every third car is something cool.

Haha I should make a second account with even worse grammar and such, then post which trunk Is best for an Xbox haha. Or if anyone has hit mailboxes with a baseball bat outside of their boxster's window haha.
