Radio changes stations for a few seconds

Hi, My 2003 OEM Nav/Radio/PCM unit will randomly change to another station for a few seconds then back to the original station. I don't think it's bump related and some days it never changes and some days it won't stop. It may be that the contacts just need to be cleaned but I'm unsure of how to remove the radio yet. Is there an antenna plug for this unit? Could it be loose? I like the radio well enough and the PCM software is a feature I don't want to lose. While we're at it, the right button could be replaced, does it just pull off and will these fit PCM Radio Knob Set:Porsche Parts & Porsche Accessories - Wholesale Porsche Parts & Tequipment? Says 2006 to 2008 but mines a 2003.

I know, I'm weird - I actually listen to the radio.

What were the circumstances surrounding the pervious owner's death? Any connection to the car? Did he have to sell it in a divorce?

He told me they were selling because they were growing the family. No deaths I'm aware of. Does the outer shroud just pop off?

I know I would haunt my car!

I'll check the manuals at my shop in the morning. Never had the navi.
