I have the same issue - my dash is fully metric except the analog speedo is mph and the OA temp is F, because it was originally a US car.
Hmm, figured the ambient temp. readout would be in C when the rest of the digital readouts on the cluster were switched. As mine doesn't have the OBC enabled I can't test (yet).
