I'm not trying to be an ass, but in 3 years havn't you ever read the owners manual? I got my Boxster a little over a month ago and read the manual as soon as I got it home. Probably looked at it a few more times since....

Keep scrolling and pushing the lever. You'll find it.

If by dash temp, you mean the outside air temp, then no, you can't change it. You have to replace the cluster for one that reads in C.

I have the same issue - my dash is fully metric except the analog speedo is mph and the OA temp is F, because it was originally a US car.

Hmm, figured the ambient temp. readout would be in C when the rest of the digital readouts on the cluster were switched. As mine doesn't have the OBC enabled I can't test (yet).

Hello all

Well after reading my owner manuel AGAIN, still did not find it, lol.

But I read more on the net and I think I found how, but i just cant do it. From what I'm reading, to change the outside temps from F to C, you need to connect the car to a piwis or something like it to change a seting from us to Canada. Then it will read in C.

For the climatic control, if someone need to know:
Hold recirculate then push + & - of the temperature seting

This topic came up once before a while back. At the time, JFP told us that OA temp display wasn't changeable from F to C, except by swapping out the cluster. He didn't mention that doing it via the PIWIS would be an option. I don't have first hand knowledge of this but do place great faith in JFP's knowledge of these cars, and was just repeating what I had been told. Perhaps someone could chime in with the definitive answer. I would much prefer my OA temp display in C if it is possible.

If you have OBC, you can change it
Go to SET
scroll down to TEMPERATURE
push lever forward
select C or F
push lever forward
pull lever towards you several times until back to display

Ah, that's why I can't change it- I don't have the lever, just the display.
