Gee, maybe I'm an old geezer, but when I was young the thing to do with cars was move them, maybe up a staircase or indoors, but never damage them. The hot ones to move were Beetles and MGB's.
My 1980 trip to Italy somebody tried to shake us down for parking. We refused, and the next morning I looked out the hotel window to see the car (a gutless basic Fiesta) on the other side of the road. I guess they had a point to prove.
