Need help! Identify this part!

Hi. I was planning on replacing the aos and realized this hose is cracked. What is it and what does it do? Should I be worried?

I think it's the oil fill tube. Yes it needs to be fixed. Yes it is a pita to replace.

Will the car be okay to drive to a mechanic?

Oil fill tube. Looks like you have electrical tape wrapped around the AOS hose as we'll. Is the CEL illuminated? Two good possibilities for a vacuum leak. Should be no problem to drive to the shop.

Where can I get this part? Any good mechanics in the SFV area?
