I love this forum but it makes me feel like a geezer sometimes and I'm not that old. This has been one of those times. :ah:

Took my test in the 944 Only had one mark against me... you had to tell them the hazards that where on the road... it was lightly raining out, I said all the standards , road was wet, pedestrians exc. She said I forgot to say that it was raining .... I guess I was suppose to say it was raining and the road was wet ..... :ah:

Slightly off topic, I have a cousin who's father used to own a towing business. Kid shows up on his 16th birthday, does his written test, then says he wants the road test. No problem, he escorts the examiner out to a tandem axle tow truck. The examiner passed him, but did not make him do the parallel parking.

I am a geezer - i took my test in a Karmann Ghia, 6 months before I got a 914.
