In the mid 90's I carried a crypto computer that had the circuit boards removed and a lead weight installed to keep it's center of gravity. When they ran my bag through the X-ray it even looked like a bomb to me. At the time they called over a couple of security guys had me open my brief case and pull it out. I used a screw drive to open it up and show them the inside. The screwdriver alone would get me cavity search now. I gave up my travel job in 2003 got tired of the lines.
