Horns and an airbag light

After three years of sitting, the horn no longer honks on my box . There is a click under the dash when the horn it pushed, but no honk from the front. Where are the actual horns located? I'd be frozen up if I were them. Another vexing problem is that I ran the car with the drivers side airbag removed, and now the airbag warning light won't go away. any idea how to quench that?

Does the horn work without the key in the ignition?

No. It does not work with key out, key in, but not turned, key turned to run, but not started, or engine started. it flat does not work. The relay clicks though.

It was the horns. Both dead as a coffin nail. Replaced one with a Chinese version will do the other tomorrow. My car is now quadralingual. Finnish, German, English, and Manderin.

Air Bag reset

The only way to get the air bag error reset is by way of the Porsche mechanics computer. I was lucky and a local shop did it for free for me.

Not sure what that is, but probably not. Mine had to be done by the Porsche computer that the mechanics use.
