The only place I push the car is when there are no other cars in the immediate vicinity. Ramps are wonderful. Highways with breaks in traffic (and a clear line of sight for cops) are great. Red lights (not racing the other car) are fun. Taking corners that are empty at a nice speed are thrilling.

But around other cars and racing - ain't gonna happen! You just can't trust other people to do the right thing. Plus it's dangerous.

Garage
You really can't say "sorry about that" after injuring or killing someone because you were just out having fun street racing, and it is fun. Just make sure your life is the only one on the line when you're out having fun driving, and if you have a family, you'll need to rethink that as well.

The slack in the CV joints is what prevents me from 'launching' Baby. She was born to run and flow free as the wind through the mountains and the curves. She cruises so smooth- the faster the smoother. Just me and her and that magic flow of bliss. The other traffic are just turds to toil with. They're gone like a whirlpool after the flush- history. Onward begs the 4500 RPM howl. I am a supreme being!I am like Senna and Prost and Jackie, er oh ****************- I turned in too quick damnit good thing I'm not at the limit or I'd be outa' room...But the car - it's faultless...
