Purchasing a car in another state from a private party

Ckrikos Registered User Join Date: Sep 2002 Location: Northern NJ Posts: 633	It actually appears complicated. I'm considering buying a car from someone in Minneapolis and there is a lien on the car. I would pay it off, but I guess I need to wait for the bank to then send me the title.
