Interior Lighting Issue

Just recently purchased a 2002 Boxster S with 63,000 miles. Loving the car but having a small issue with the interior illumination.

When I turn on the headlights, the interior lights (HVAC, Radio, and Gauges) do not illuminate. At first it was happening maybe 50% of the time but now it is pretty much every time.

I have checked the fuses but no luck. I've searched around and heard about the gauge bulbs dying but I don't think this is the case since it is affecting the HVAC and Radio also.

Any ideas? Thank you!
