What wattage bulb was put in as replacement? Brand? Quality? Its hard to mess up a headlight install, esp if its producing light after you finish. If they are the exact same bulb, then you have some overarching power problem to the headlights (probably not the case). Pull out the bulb you didn't replace and check that its the same as the one you did.
