"dc, it really does make a difference, doesn't it? Of all my performance "mods" changing out the sensors gave me the best butt dyno increase of them all.

I too am holding my breath concerning my MAF. It seems to be going strong, so I'm going to keep driving it until it up and dies on me. I'm betting a previous owner replaced it somewhere down the line. My car is 10 years old with 99k on it and it would have surely gone out by now I think..."


Yeah Randall, I couldn't believe the difference! And when you commented on a previous thread that it purrrrrrrrrssssssss like a kitten....yup, I now see what you mean. This was probably one of the most satisfying DIY projects that I've done so far! My grin is definitely REAL BIG---ear to ear!!! :dance:

BTW, why do the newer models have the cats on the headers?? Does it increase the performance that much?? Mechanically, it must be an easier change out, but techically I'm not certain...but then again, I haven't researched the topic yet.
