They will start falling soon. The 09+'s are now coming out of warranty and they are joining a very very saturated market for Porsches.
The only thing helping them is the low production numbers due to the 2009 credit crunch.
With Porsches its all about limited production, if you don't have that your car will eventually be worth only its engine.
That means if I own a 09+ and don't wish to keep it long-term, I'm selling now before the second drop in value sets in.
