somethings wrong with me and my boxster love hate relationship

im embarassed to say that recently i traded in my 03 s for a camry v6.now i have big regrets and am trying to buy box back and keep camry.ive done a lot to the car, ims, clutch, rms, axle boots ,has 46k,beautiful.i was getting apprehensive about keeping box as values continue to go down and potential problems could loom.now i want it back-crazy crazy.the more i read ,i realize the box can go for a long time ,especially as a second car.i have done a lot of maintenance myself, have a great indy.ill see if i can buy it back and not freak about costs and loss of money.

Yes I have my 2001 Boxster base advertised but has not sold yet. It is advertised for top $. If I do sell it I will likely get another Porsche. My wife has the Camry.....I feel for you as I nearly went that route. I tried a Mazda 3 and a Lexus is250. Neither of them stirred my soul like a Porsche.

Uh...How the heck can a Mazda 3 and IS250 stir the soul like a Porsche can? I know you can get a cheap Box/Porsche now, but the Porsche was designed/manufactured/intended to be a sports car. Those other two are based off of econoboxes

Hey Rosenfe, you silly rabbit...just the tax that you paid for the buy/rebuy and the Camry purchase have cost you a little lump sum. Sometimes fear is the costliest thing. Glad you have your beautiful Boxster back!!!!

Yes I am happy that I did not do a "Rosenfe". Sometimes I get exasperated with the rattles and the unusual noises and want something more well Toyota like. Having found a cheaper local indy shop has reassured me that Porsche ownership is not so exorbitant.

Please tell me it was a financial decision. That would make me feel better.

Oh oh. You know that means he's a photochop expert and will just cut/paste the newpaper in to the pic. We may need JD's Danger Girls to verify the actual rescue.
