I was under the impression from reading the 101 Projects book that the whole stalk assembly needed to be replaced with one that has the 4th stalk (assuming one already has OBC.) So you can just add the missing stalk alone? OK! Does adding just the 4th stalk also require steering wheel removal as with replacing the whole turn signal switch assembly?
