does the fuse blow when the car is parked and not operating?
if you find the fuse blown after a drive, raising and lowering the spoiler may be the root cause.
don't know the mechanism, but maybe the limit stop switch or switches are not functioning and the spoiler power is on all the time and blowing the fuse.

manually raising and lowering the spoiler and listening for "stalled motor" ??
