Stage I and II will pass emissions no problem. As far as with the secondary cats removed, that i guess is going to depend on how strict the testing is. Obviously you are still utilizing the original primary cats, as well as all 4 O2 sensors, so in theory it should still pass. PorschePhd might have to chime in on that one, but i don't think it is a problem.
