Wouldn't the modding diminish the value? It does for most used buyers unless it is just a cat back or something. I have been trying to find an Evo 8/9 that is unmolested/not wrecked for over a year. Every one that doesn't get instantly snapped up is modded and those usually get auctioned off and sold near military bases. I will admit, some of us made questionable financial decisions in the Marines/Military way back when. So, near a military base is where most central Texas (and some from Houston) modded trade-ins end up - Killeen, TX, near Ft Hood.
