Door Handles

Ok I am new to the Boxster so pleae no major flames - Can or has anyone upgraded the door handles to the newer style have a 1997 but like the 05 style better ? Are they interchangeable? Just a thought....

KACHING! For the price of a dozen door handles, you can get another whole Boxster.

I don't see why the 997/987 handles wouldn't directly fit, unless some of the inner linkage is different. It seems that the hole in the sheetmetal is the same, though.

Yeah I think you are right - I will check out some salvage yard to see If I can give it a shot. Squozen -Thanks for the link yeah 1200 is pretty ridiculous.I know its a Porsche but that seems to be gouging.
