Toe in on front tires helps keep you going in a straight line(little or no toe in will make the front end wander side to side), camber is to reduce side force on axles and suspension during turns and increase traction(the outside wheel will become more perpendicular with the road). Without camber, the outer edge of your tire would wear very quickly and the rear end would loose traction much easier.

All cars are this way, some more, some less
