IMS is coming home-rebuild time- Parts?

My LN rebuilt IMS is on its way home so its time to finalize a parts list.
2004 Boxster S 3.2L 40,000miles had an IMS failure.

In addition to Porsche gasket set repair kit, bolts, bearings, rings, thrust washers, chains, low temp thermostat, IMS - Crank paddle tensioner (LN) what else do I need?

Wondering about - other 2 tensioners and guide rails (they look to be ok)? What spark plugs? What coolant?

Considering - AOS how do I know if it needs to be replaced?, clutch repair kit complete - Porsche OEM (can I get away with just a clutch plate)?

Any suggestions?
