That car is going to be closest thing to F1 car for the road that we've ever seen. And it looks a million times more exotic.

My understanding is that the entire limited La Ferrari production run is already sold. You just don't waltz into a Ferrari dealer and plunk down your $1M+ and expect to get one. It's invitation only.

Between the McLaren and the Porsche, I would bet that the overall road manners of the Porsche would be more "driver-friendly".

Pity is that these three supecars most likely will never experience many driving miles. Not counting the trips up and down the Barrett-Jackson auction ramps.

So the mark is there...Think anyone can build a 986 or possibly Cayman that can beat the 1M+ cars (for under 100K)???

The current McLaren is known as one of the most docile legit sports cars ever produced. Nothing like driving a GT3. A car that can easily be a daily driver. Theres one professional baseball player that blogs about driving his everywhere in LA.
Once the prices come down to $~200k there will not be a better bargain on a cost to produce/cost to buy.
