Those bumps are one of the main reasons. I am currently using a steering wheel cover on my 4 spoke to make it feel thicker and sportier. I decided to go with the 3 spoke. ECU upgrade will come later. The other thing I like about it is that it has a gold metal Porsche crest on it. My old steering wheel just has the Porsche emblem indentation.
