Air Filter/Clean Panel for air box

Being as the box is already blessed with what is effectively a cold air intake system, and that a great many people hold the view that despite being slightly restrictive, doesn't do a bad job overall......

..... is there a decent panel to go in the airbox to replace the OEM item.
In the past i have used K&N products but i am a little put off by their oily nature. Don't really want to start having MAF issues because of the oil etc etc.

So - is it A) replace with the OEM, B) replace with K&N and pray or C) one of you guys is going to tell me a bout a fabulous oil free replacement that will boost my BHP, increase my intake roar, and weigh less (weight issue is purlely a bonus feature) !
