DFW02S Registered User Join Date: Nov 2010 Location: DFW Posts: 381	Laws differ from state to state, but I'm under the impression that your insurance co is legally obligated to protect your financial interest, even to the point of paying you first and then suing the other company for the correct damages. Hope it works out with a minimum of drama.
