I know it was cold in Illinois today, but that was a lot of smoke. I would maybe check the AOS.

I do like the sound though.

Good point, but this was literally the second time starting it with the new muffler and I did some reading and it turns out the first few starts will be especially smokey because of that. In addition to the cold weather. If that does not go away soon I will definitely look into that.
Thanks for the response!!

Wow. Really great sound! Not too loud but more than stock. What is it like on the freeway at 3K RPM?

That much smoke isn't normal. It should clear up in 1-2 sec's, not still happening after 30sec.

I tried to check out their products but their website is a train wreck. Nothing works. Not your fault or worry, just a little disappointing after hearing how good it sounded.

Great look/sound.Is it ok on the freeway around 2500-3000 RPM? Sometimes performance exhausts will drone. My box stock box is too quiet!

Sounds great.I would not worry about the smoke.People who never lived in a cold climate can't imagine that much smoke. In very cold days there is always smoke.Look at cars stuck in traffic on a cold morning they are all smoking(heat, condensation etc).It does not go away in a few minutes.

That looks a lot more like exhaust vapor than smoke as it is dissipating almost immediately. If the temperature there is down around freezing or colder then it is totally normal. You should see it at -30! The cars disappear in massive clouds of it at stop lights on cold mornings here.

Nice Job - interested to hear about any resonance in the dreaded 2-3k range?

I agree - condensation/vapor. See it alot in the UK in the winter. Oil smoke has a bluer tinge and hangs much heavier than that, fuel smoke is blacker than that ans smells....like......petrol! It's whispy and white - looks totally normal to me and every other car just starting up in the winter.

Call me old school, but I wouldn't rev my engine like that off a cold start.

Here's the same exhaust, engine warm under load, go to 4:40 to save time.
