Best, cheapest MAF??

Who has the best and cheapest MAF sensor?? I need one before I sell my Boxster, but I don't want to spend a fortune, but I do want one that works. 1999, non S, manual transmission.

If I clean it, the car runs good(well, just ok) for a couple of days, then starts running bad again.

From reading many posts about this subject, it sounds like a roulette with the after market MAF sensors. Some get good results, most don't.
So the best and cheapest, is probably the OEM.
I have a used one that I got with an air box I bought.
PM me the part number of the MAF you have, to confirm fitment, and I will ship it to you. Just pay for shipping, and whatever you thing the MAF worth.

Roulette wheel, crap shoot, Bosch OEM is a sure thing and everything else is a big maybe.

I agree with Topless. I just happened to get lucky with that particular sensor. I believe the seller has since stopped offering them anyway.

I've got one sitting on my desk right now that you can have. I got the wrong one and waited too long to make an exhange. I believe it's the 996.606.123.00 equivalent (D-shaped connector).

Thanks to everyone, especially Meir. The used MAF is in, and working great.
