BTW...I was in Edmonton on my road trip last summer and dog tired from driving all day...couldn't get a room anywhere in the entire city due to a Metallica concert that night so for the first and only time on my 7 week road trip I slept inside Heidi that night in the back parking lot of the Holiday Inn Express. Stuffed myself at Conyac's Bar & Grill before going back to the car...then the revellers from the Metallica concert began pulling in the parking lot..saw me and my predicament and lets just say I've never had so much booze & herbal remedies offered to me in my entire life!
Don't remember much after that except for wandering around the parking lot with my shoe laces undone looking for a vending machine because I had a serious case of the munchies...what started out as a horrible night became one of the best nights of my life! Thank you Edmonton for your hospitality...you guys really know how to rock!!!
