Yippee Ki Yay . . . etc.

The first 2 Die Hards were awesome, this one looks pretty good too.

Nothing better than a good action movie. I like to alternate them with chick flicks.

For an awesome Porsche drifting scene, check out Tokyo Drift trailer, it's at the 30 second mark;

The boxster got to the point that it still looks like a luxury car, but cheap enough to be crashed in the movies

That Fast and Furious clip looks like a 370Z to me at the 0:30 mark. I haven't seen the movie, however.

Indeed... I can't imagine they'd drive that Merc over a ragtop. It's gotta be a 996.

looks like the last number on the license plate might be the model year.
A running 1999 Carrera can be had for as little as like $10K.
I saw someone recently selling a roller for $4K. Pretty good option if you're makign a movie.
Look we're trashing a Porsche!! (that cost as much as a used Sonata).

I always cringe when they total some of the nice cars on movies and tv. Don't know if they are good cars or not, but if they are in good shape before blowing them up or crashing them it's a real shame

This one always struck me as the most criminal..........

Even though it was an engine-less hull (involved in a prior accident supplied by Lamborghini, the stories vary) that they crashed / dumped over the hill, it still makes me cringe.

Ugh, you're right. I watched that movie twice, and didn't catch it. Sigh . . .

You have to admit it looks a bit like a 911

The opening titles are accompanied by an instrumental written by composer John Powell. The theme song was performed by Matt Monro. Classic.

Wrong !The music was scored and arranged by Quincy Jones and lyrics by Don Black. You must go to the back of the class !

Speaking of Matt Monro, did you know that he was the proud owner of a 550 Spyder ? Anyway, if you like his singing, pick up this one. Great arranging by Johnny Spence, who was widely considered as being the Nelson Riddle of the UK.
