Carefully bed in your pads per Mintex instructions, continue driving the car for another 5-10 minutes to cool the brakes and park it overnight. This tends to eliminate 90% of brake pad vibration and squeal issues by bonding pad material to the rotors. If you still have squeal, you can pull the pads and put a 45% bevel on the leading edges to quiet them.
