Danger Winter Workout Series 2013
While it may be acceptable to over inflate our tires for the winter, it's not ok to let our bods and buttocks become the same. Therefore, it's time for the 2013 Danger Winter Work series to get underway. The first phrase will once again target the dreaded IMSB (inactive muscle syndrome borborygmus ) condition. So, we'll start off with the Danger Girls showing us some core strengthening techniques in order to limber up those dormant muscles !

Thanks a million Danger! My New Years resolution was to get in shape and this looks like the perfect place to start. Should I see my doctor first?;)

Being well over 57, these old bones nearly snapped just watching that stretch. Too bad one of the costumes were not yaller?! When they started in the 'bondage' routine with the white straps I had to turn it off as my heart is not what it used to be......thanks for sharing.....:rolleyes:

I am younger than 57 but I wore the truss anyway. I mean, I really don't get many opportunities to wear it. :D
