i dont know if this will help, but i have a 2000 box with 19x10 in the rear. and i believe with that 10 inch wheel, you need about anywhere from 43mm to 52mm offset. so you need to add that much of (thickness) spacers. my wheels, made for 996, had 55mm offset, so the inner part of the wheel was touching the shock.
i had bought one of those 5mm spacers and didnt feel comfortable. so i bought a hub-centric adaptor in 15mm. (no choice, on ebay, not many makes 5x130 pattern) works like a charm!! so that makes my rear offset 40mm, which makes it stick out just a bit but it look tough.
