I just installed one. It's GREAT, and easy to install. Worth every penny, and a lot cheaper than the B & M. Shortens the throws significantly. Do a search, you'll find a thread on it.
I also in stalled this kit....it comes with a great instruction manual and makes a huge difference in shifting....I highly recommend this kit to any one who wants to make a big difference for a small amount of money...
