Dual DIN Navigation unit with Cup Holder intact

Has anyone been able to install a dual din navigation unit with the cup holder intact? I have an 03' Boxster S. All the dual din installations I've seen have the cup holders removed.

Kit is from connects2.co.uk. I got it from someone on eBay, just search for "Connects2".

Fit was so-so, but it was cheap. In retrospect I should probably have bought the euromotorspeed kit, much more expensive but better and more secure fit.

No prob. Sorry about the brief replies (from my phone).

What stock sound system is in your car? There are a couple of good threads here and on renntech.org about audio upgrades for the 986.

I do not recommend the JVC units (mine is KW-AV60BT); very unreliable iPhone integration.

I have the stock CDR23. Thinking about the Pioneer AVIC-X940BT. However, I might just hold out for the 2013 models.
