Replacing rocker switches on dashboard and center console

How do you remove rocker switch covers on a 2001 porsche boxster s. this would be on the left side dash cluster and center console? I would like to put real rocker switches on them- dash would be traction control, dome lights and on center console- heated seats rocker switch---- pls help. Thanks folks

Take a butter knife and fold a paper towel and put it between the fold and pry off the left vertical plastic bit behind the rocker switches on the sides of the radio/AC unit.

It will pop off and you can see how to disconnect the rocker switches from the panel and unplug them and swap them out.

Seat heater switches can be swapped out by taking out the ash tray and removing screws to pop out the surround.

Now if you don't have existing switches you're replacing because their ugly and you need the things above, that's a HUGE and very different one
