Yes, this has occured to me based on previous posts. Did you strip any pulling them out or just putting them back in. Cross threading upon reinsertion into plastic is easy to do as I know well too.

The leaking is very minor, perhaps best left alone. On the other hand these easily accessible repairs are too enticing to not try!
