When I replaced my suspension about a year ago I looked into the bushings as a cheaper rebuild of my control arms instead of replacing them. There is some history that turned me off and I replaced them because the bushings tend to turn the arm into a spring as the u-tube says and one guy had his arm actually break due to the stress.
