Do a search on the forum and there are a few "how to's" to help you with the install.

The resulting sound quality is good but not great. Don't expect this to make the stock sound system into concert hall quality. But it does fill out the sound so you don't just have the front dash speakers blasting at you.

Thanks for the link. I have the rear speakers already but I am not very impressed. Anyone have any comments concerning Harvey's speakers vs OEM? I have thought about upgrading all of the speakers at some point but that will have to wait for now.

I was scared…cutting into the rear deck but got over it when I heard the pair of JVC 230w 3-way speakers ON TOP of the rear storage box ROCK LOUDLY! Much better bass than those little bitty ones put out. Better bass than the stock ones in the door!

There were a couple of tricks - like a quick disconnect to get to the engine. All total, for the rear speakers, wiring, etc. was $60 and some time. Granted, with the top down I have to OPEN THE REAR BOX to rock out but with a Wind Deflector I can still hear the music at 80mph (only turned up ¼ of the way-I have replaced the amp, stereo and all speakers).

Here's a pic of the speaker type. HINT: Low Profile…..easy!

The pair…

Here's the installation on rear deck...

Here's the quick disconnect…$3ea. ($6) Radio Shack

Hope it helps someone avoid "sounding bad".
