I typed it wrong in my first post. It's actually a "PST2" tool.

I googled Porsche PST2 and came up with the following link:

I think they are too expensive of the average person to own. If there was a way to get just the software and load it on to a laptop, and just plug the laptop into your car, that would be awesome.
