Unhappy ABS and Traction Control lights on because of ICE/SNOW

Help

When driving my car in the winter last year it was sliding like mad on the ice and could not grip, it subsequently left the Abs and T/C lights on permanently, I've reset them with a code reader before but it still pops back on and never turns off even though I've pressed the T/C button on the dash but it makes no difference. Any ideas would help.

Thanks

What are the codes that you cleared?

I recently experienced the same. Both lights would come on and stay on. Shut the car down restart lights off, then after driving a few minutes both lights on again.

The solution that fixed the problem was the brake light switch. I removed the switch and tested with a multi meter and it was intermittent. Installed a new one and problem solved.

Good Luck
